香菜，
有很多人很抵触，
接受不了这个味道，
前几天看到一片文章，
不喜香菜者搞了一个反香菜联盟，

只因对香菜的恨来得那么深沉。

可惜可惜。
幸好我们家都很爱吃香菜，
经常用来凉拌或炒菜，
今天尝试的香菜豆干，
香菜是女二号出场。
材料：
做法：
- 香菜洗净沥干水分，切碎。
- 豆干在卤水里煮5-10分钟入味，没有卤水，开水中煮一下也可以。
- 将豆干取出切成小粒或条状。
- 将豆干和香菜拌在一起，倒入适量调味料拌匀即可。
