英语对中国人来说是最难的事，学了多少年的英语，连最简单的一句话都没说对，听，这是教英语的老师与英国人说的同一句话，你听出来有什么不同吗？
就连英语老师都读不正确这种最简单的句子，之所以造成这种情况，是因为我们的英语教育，把本来很简单的事情，忽悠复杂了。
大道至简，简单的事，要重复做，重复做的事，要认真做，反复认真做一件简单的事，使它成为下意识的行为，成为习惯，习惯成自然，就永远不会忘记，这是学一项技能的有效途径。
英语就是一项技能，学英语，就是学习用语言表达意思的技能。学英语就是 “听”和“模仿” 这两个动作，很简单，简单的事要重复做。
学英语是一个很简单的事，方法就是一句一句学，听清楚一句，模仿一句，什么叫听清楚？就是每个字 “ syllables ”是怎么拼的，认真到每个字母，每个音的来龙去脉，要百分之百听清楚，这就叫“ 重复做的事，要认真做。”
在重复的过程中，领会意思，建立声音和意思的直接联系，自然而然就领会了单词和词组的意思，因此背单词是第一应该断舍离的一件事。单词要在情景中学。我看银行或者政府来的信，读起来很容易，就像他在跟你说话一样，看中国人写的英语很费劲，因为好多中国人的英语，就是用英语单词堆出来的中国话。
其实，学英语，最不值得花时间的的事，就是学语法，说话跟语法真没什么关系，如果你一边说话，一边想语法，那说出来的英语一定一塌糊涂，因为在口语当中，语法词是略读或半略读的。
我们接触到的英语声音：（1）文章的朗读，比如有声读物。（2）电视新闻（3）电视剧，电影。（4）电视上的访谈节目的对话。对于母语是英语的人，朗读文章是最难的，最容易的的是访谈节目的对话，它基本就是日常口语，而中国人恰恰相反，原因就是我们学的语法在作怪。
学英语最应该断舍离的是尽量避免母语干扰。不要用翻译的方法学英语，意思和英语的声音直接联系，问题就简单的多了。
如果能够百分之百听明白英语是怎么说的，再经过反复，认真的练习，让英语的节奏、旋律变成你的下意思的行为、习惯，这时，英语就会像母语一样，脱口而出。
在网上，有很多兜售学英语的广告，声称快速提高英语，那都是骗人的。在澳大利亚，学车要挂着“ L ”牌跟教练学，一般人要考几次，多的十几次，才能拿到红色的“ P ” 牌，自己单独开车一年，还要挂着绿色的 “ P ”牌再开一年，据说，这是要积累一定的时间，才能技术熟练。
从我开课以来，有几千人曾经看过我的文章，有几十人一直坚持不懈的跟着学。有一种说法：十二岁以后就不可能达到母语水平，但是我不相信这个观点，我坚信，用我的这种学英语的方法，一定会有人最后达到或接近母语水平。
