- Q:Does heat-shrink wrap make batteries hotter?
A:The shrink is simply a cover to keep you from catching the edges of the cells on something in/on/around the plane and your pack. When heating it, the temperature will increase in few seconds. In such short time, the heat will not transmit to the battery.
