A.C. Legg's - Tex Mex Snack Stick Seasoning Mix - 8.65 Ounce for 10 Pounds of Meat
Coarse grind 10lbs of lean meat, mix in seasoning bag, 8 oz of water and .4 oz of tinted curing salt. Fine grind through 1/8th inch plate. Stuff in to 21mm edible casings (not included). Transfer to smoker and cook to 160F. Cold Shower. Chill overnight and package.
