Operation Instruction 1. Install Battery & Tail Stick Flip the device to Install 3 AA alkaline batteries(included). Push-in the tail stick to set it in place. 2. Unfold the Legs Unfold the three legs on the bottom of the device to keep the toy securely in the place. 3. Attach Wand -Put the cover on when the Mouse Tail Wand is installed. -HALLWOEEN VERSION DOES NOT COME WITH FEATHER WAND! 4. Set the Speed Push the power bottom to turn it on. This will also set the speed level (Slow, Fast, Random, Off). 15-minute auto shut-off mode is only available in "RANDOM" speed mode. Warning: For pets only. Keep out of reach of children.
