This Boston Gear PLB3048SF09-1/4 timing pulley has a 3 mm pitch and 48 grooves, and is suitable for use with 9 mm wide curvilinear tooth belts in power transmission applications that require synchronous rotation. This polycarbonate resin thermoplastic pulley has an aluminum insert with a 0.250" bore diameter, 1.775" outside diameter, 0.813" overall length, and mounts to a drive shaft using setscrews. A flange on one side of the pulley resists side thrust in one direction and maintains belt contact, and the fiberglass- reinforced polycarbonate resin thermoplastic provides light weight and low noise.
