These deviations are normal.
- True RMS Function 2: Within the specified measurement range, they do not affect the accuracy of the multimeter to measure alternating current. True RMS requires a certain level of input signal to be measured. Therefore, AC voltage and current ranges are specified between 2% and 100% of full scale.
