We put the collar on my dog 2 days to see is the rubber cover on the collar fully sealed or not. (do not wear the collar on your dog over 12 hours per day), he play with friends, shake his head, tickle his neck and sleep etc. the collar still fully sealed. and then we put the collar under water 50CM for testing waterproof again and again. it still 100% waterproof. Someone said the SHOCK doesn’t work. You need to check the toggle switch on the left of remote on LOCK position or not, The LOCK is lock shock mode. If your dog has long hair and you have to make sure you smooth out his fur around his neck and under the collar. and make sure the Contact Points touch his neck both. Why the collar will hurt my dog? Do not wear the collar on your dog over 12 hours per day; Do not wear the collar too tight; Make sure both of contact points touch your dog’s neck; Do not use the SHOCK for a long time; Check the skin everyday to avoid ranging from redness to pressure ulcers (commonly known as bed sores). How to Use Anti Bark Mode Firstly,You need to paired the collar with remote successfull, and then change the Channel to A position to use Anti Bark Mode. And Beep Anti Bark Mode shows in the screen. How to Set the Intensity Level Press Intensity Dial for adjusting status, clockwise + intensity or counterclockwise - intensity for the shock (work at the 3rd time only). after that, press intensity dial once quit and save the set. How to Set the Sensitivity Level Press S Button to set sensitivity level. when you hear a long beep from the collar, That means you set to the level 5, level 5 is the highest sensitive and very easy to trigger work.
