About Doodlebone When we set Doodlebone up in 2014, we had one thing written on a piece of paper “We imagine a world where all pets and humans’ lives are enriched from every interaction with Doodlebone” The one thing that drives us forwards is continual product development it ensures we never rest on our laurels and never stop striving. Doodlebone really began when we got Aimee our cocker spaniel and I started looking around for well- designed modern accessories without much luck. So we set out to bring something new and fun to the doggie world. Our first product was the Doodlebone Airmesh Harness, designed in a range of brighter, bolder colours than were around at the time. It quickly became a favourite of dog owners, pet shop owners, and dogs! We’re always looking for ways to Change, evolve and improve. We have a set of very ambitious plans to grow our offering and deepen our understanding of dog owners. Everything we do always starts with the customer, it’s imperative we understand the needs of pet owners and retailers’ alike. To make the new range successful we carried out lots of market research to find the needs and wants from the dog accessory market. We understand it’s imperative to not only listen to our market research feedback but also to action it so we can continually, improve and move forwards. Doodlebone Originals Dog Leads Our Originals Lead goes hand-in-hand with our collar range. When we design our products, we always start by thinking about you, a dog owner, and your pooch. What do you need in a lead? Well, we think that a lead should be strong, durable, and comfortable. It’s kinda fundamental. One that won’t let you down and is nice to use. Looks good too. It’s what we’ve built into ours. A padded handle and three available widths The Doodlebone Originals Dog Lead is certainly comfy in the hand. The handle has been lined with soft Neoprene padding to reduce rubbing and tough Polyester webbing and reinforced stitching allows it to really cope with your dog’s enthusiasm! We’ve developed three different widths of lead. That’s to cater for different size dogs and means the leads vary in weight. At 120cm and finished off with a strong metal clip. Eye catching colours and patterns If you are the owner of a particularly mucky pup, you’ll be happy to know that our lead can be safely machine-washed at 30 degrees. Phew! The Originals range is designed to mix and match so our leads come in the same 11 eye-catching colours and 11 patterns as our collars and harnesses, which means you can happily co-ordinate. Read more
