Easily roll it up and chuck it into a carry pouch, which comes with the mat. Size: 37 inch x 22 inch Thickness: 1.2mm Weight: 1lb Care Instructions: Wipe with clean wet towel. Machine washable - wash separately on gentle cycle in cold water with detergent. Hang to dry. Do not use bleach or put in the dryer. Once the mat is dry, roll it up with the print facing out. Store in a cool, dry place away from sun exposure.NOTE: You may find there is a little folds when you take out mats from pouch, wrap the mat with printing side out after 24 hours will be relieve more.
