The purpose of RCD product is to make high density diamond segment which keeps the high density diamond grains very strongly through the molecular sintering method. RCD grain is compounded of possible maximum diamond concentration and minimized bonding metal matrix and the used metal matrix involves very hard metal particles and alloy powders. RCD segment shows excellent diamond keeping ability with high durability against impact and abrasion. The grinding performance is also excellent and grinded surface is very smooth even though diamond concentration is unreasonably high.
