PEI Sheet Use： Thickness: about 0.17mm Compatible with PLA ABS PETG TPU and other most filaments. When the print is completed, let the bed cool, and the part will be easy to release from the PEI surface. PEI Sheet Maintenance: Clean in between prints with isopropyl alcohol and a lint free rag. Acetone can be used instead of isopropyl alcohol, but the bed must be cold if acetone is used. - Easy to install: stick the magnetic base on build plate, then correctly allign the steel plate on it. The side with PEI is to print on. Then keep it level, please note the distance between nozzle and pei surface to avoid scratches. Before printing, please remove the protect film on the surface. When printing is complete, let it cool down, simply remove the flexplate, flex, and pop your prints off!
- Kindly Tips: We have sticked PEI on the steel plate by machine, so you don't need to worry about bubbles any more. if you receive package but found the air bubbles or Scratches, please don't worry, they are the surface layer, PEI will not be affected.
