Founding Story Initially, GuineaDad started with an Instagram account to show off my three little princesses (Peanut, Tofu, and Dumpling). After a year or so, Tofu developed a bacterial conjunctivitis in one of her eyes. I visited many vets to treat her, but to no avail. I looked around pet shops and online stores, I interviewed guinea pig experts (lab researchers, breeders, pet nutritionists, and vets) to see how I can help her. As it goes, I stumbled upon a sad truth of the market; the products for guinea pigs and small animals are sub-par because they are not as profitable as the ‘mainstream’ pets such as cats and dogs. Myself, as well as many others, were forced into DIY solutions. As a result of this experience, I decided to dedicate my time to produce high-quality products, and help piggies around the world live their lives to the fullest. With the support of many industry experts, I created GuineaDad Liner. I can confidently say that our product is the perfect mix of science and love. We put the utmost care in design, manufacturing and testing to ensure the highest possible quality for our little friends.
