This page features a pair of H4 to H13 CAN-bus decoders for installers who want to install latest 7" LED headlights from JW Speaker or KC HiLites for their older model vehicles such as Jeep Wrangler TJ or Harley Davidson that have H4 sockets. These anti-flickering decoders will fix most power fluctuation issues such as flickering. flashing, radio interference, LED light turning off when engine starts, etc.
