Than try on the nail cap, without glue, to ensure a proper fit; it should fit snugly. Once you have the correct size, simply fill each nail cap 1/3 of the way full with the provided adhesive with applicator tip, and gently slide the cap onto the nail. Some kittens can wear them as early as age 12 weeks (3 months). To test, try a nail cap on first without the adhesive. If it looks too big, don't glue it on. The nail cap should fit snugly, like a glove. Kitten nails do not need to be trimmed.
