RED STAR REFILL KIT CONTENTS: Premium quality, Fade Resistant, Dye based, Anti clog color ink Cyan -60ml, Yellow -60ml, Magenta -60ml, Black ink -60ml, Gloves-2 nos, tissue paper-2 nos, Color coded syringe with blunt tip needle – 4 sets, color identification sticks – 3nos, Ink suction priming holder for black & color cartridges & Ink suction syringe- 1 no. REFILLING PROCEEDURE: A Canon color ink cartridge is a plastic shell with 3 cells having a piece of sponge in each cell. Open the lid of the color cartridge using a sharp tool like a knife or screw driver, then you can see three cells with sponge inside to store different color ink. Note the color of the ink on the sponge in each cell. Refill the cartridge with the respective color of each cell. Use separate syringe for each color. Take special care for not to mix ink in one cell into another cell. After refilling, fix the lid back using suitable soft adhesive like Fevicol SH. The lid can be fixed using cello tape also. Do not touch the copper PCB & head/nozzle of the cartridge while refilling. Sometime ink may not come out properly through the cartridge head after the refilling. In such cases clean the nozzle head, for that insert the cartridge into the Prime holder and suck 1 or 2 ml ink using the suction syringe through the bottom of the holder. - IMPORTANT NOTE: Only cartridge in a good condition can give good prints after refilling. It is advised to refill the cartridge before it is fully empty and dry.
