6岁段的训练共有8个主题。经过前期的训练，儿童已具备了基本的分类知识和按物点数、识数和读数能力，有了初步的数的守恒意识，因此是通过对20以内的各种数字的排序、比较、加减，找规律等进一步训练儿童数学逻辑思维。另外，强化儿童的空间认识、语言能力、注意力和想象力，训练幼儿的理解、推理和归类能力等。了解中国的传统节日，知道传统节日的习俗等。
