Frequent Questions & Answers Q1. Why the collar does not spray or beep when the dog barks? (1). Maybe the sensitivity is too low, so it can't sense the bark of dogs. Please adjust the sensitivity of the collar to the HIGH level. (2). Maybe the collar is not filled with citronella spray. (The collar does not contain citronella spray at first, so you need to fill it first) (3).Maybe the collar is not switched to "Auto anti-bark mode". (4). The collar will firstly make a beep sound to warn the dog when detects the bark. If the dog continues to bark, then spray the citronella. So you will hear the beep sound first, then spray. --- Q2. How to fill the citronella spray? Set the collar on a flat surface with the refill port turned upwards. Hold the refill spray can upright and Vigorously and Firmly press the nozzle down into the refill port. Hold down Vigorously and Firmly for 15 seconds and then release. (Only for "With Remote Control" version) After turning on the collar, it will automatically enter "Auto anti-bark mode" if don’t press any button of the remote within the first 1 minute. Q4. How do I know that I should refill the spray? When the red LED light of receive collar flashes 1 time per 5 seconds, please refill the spray. We suggest that full refill the spray before use every time. Q5. How to adjust the sensitivity of the collar？ After turning on the collar, press the On/Off button to adjust the sensitivity level.
