If you are new to Neodymium magnets, we recommend that you buy our sampler on Amazon before you buy these magnets. If you need a magnet size or strength that is not in our sampler, let us know so that we can have some made. It is not nearly as expensive to do this as you might think! You can compare these magnets with others to ensure their quality. Contact us for more information on setting up simple but accurate test methods. Avoid the mistake of buying strong magnets that are very thin. Having them snap together a few times will inevitably lead to one of them shattering. In many cases, a thicker magnet made of a lower grade material (N42, N38) will have equivalent strength to a thin high-grade, and will be much sturdier simply due to the amount of material. Additionally, the thicker magnet may be less expensive.
