Olive oil ½ Cup Lime Juice Toast, Clean and Re-Hydrate the Chiles Toast the Garlic and Onion in the same pan as the chiles Add all ingredients to a blender, Pulse until you reach the desired consistency. You may need to add a little of the soaking water from the chiles to blend properly. Heat a frying pan to hot, pour the blended mixture in the hot pan and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Cool and serve
