Desert Cactus was one of the first mass producers of fraternity and sorority flags over a decade ago. Our purpose in doing so was to give members the chance to show their pride for their specific fraternity or sorority in a variety of ways (from hanging on your wall of your room to bringing to an event) as well as offering reasonable prices for all members. Every one of our flags are made of 100% polyester and feature two grommets with bright vibrant colors. As a Greek Licensed Vendor, each national organization gives us permission to use their name, so you can be sure this flag is supporting your national organization. These flags can be used outdoors however, if you're going to be hanging them on a flag pole, we suggest doing so for a limited amount of time since these were made for indoor use. As a Greek Licensed Vendor, Desert Cactus strives to offer members high qualtiy, unique items. Currently Desert Cactus is licensed for over 120 different fraternities, sororities, co-ed, and honors organizations. Being a Greek Licensed Vendor means that each group's national headquarters staff (or representatives) approve each of our designs. In addition to this we're given the official colors of each group, special fonts, logos, etc. In exchange for this, each licensed vendor pays a percentage of their sales back to each national organization or an annual fee depending on the organization. Size & Uses: Size - This flag measures 3 feet tall by 5 feet wide, which is a standard size for a flag. Uses - Flags have a variety of uses including but not limited to: hanging on the wall in your room, using for short periods outside hanging from a flag pole, bringing to philanthropy events for your group, recruitment events, bringing with you when you travel the world (or on Spring Break) so you can take pictures with your flag to show your pride for your organization and many other uses! Read more Material, Colors, Licensed Flag: Made of Polyester - Each one of our flags are made of 100% polyester. In addition to this, every flag features two grommets at the end of the flag that is perfect to hang on a flag pole or put up on the wall of your room. Vibrant Colors - As a licensed vendor, we're given the pantone or CMYK colors of each group's flags. So you can be sure that the colors are correct. Each flag is printed on one side with the colors being visible on the back side, however not as vibrant at the front of the flag.
